If you would like to conduct research or need a permit to carry out activities within a Nova Scotia Provincial Park, please use the application form below. Completed applications can be emailed to parkinfo@novascotia.ca.
You may not need a permit:
- If your research activities do not impact park land or infrastructure, park visitors, wildlife, vegetation, or birds—in other words, if your presence and actions are no different from those of a typical park visitor—you do not require a permit.
To help us review your request as quickly as possible, please ensure your application is complete and includes all relevant details. If you have questions about the process, contact us at parkinfo@novascotia.ca
