Starting on September 8, Rainbow Haven Beach will be closed for construction. The project will include improvements to the water and septic systems as well as parking lot upgrades to improve vehicle circulation, accessibility, and drainage. The core washroom facility will be upgraded with additional storage space built for the lifeguards. Access to the park will be restricted during construction and the park gates will be closed. During the closure, visitors are encouraged to go to Lawrencetown Beach or Martinique Beach to the east. These improvements will make Rainbow Haven Beach more enjoyable for years to come.
