There is a $7.00 fee for changing your reservation.

    Cancelling your reservation:

If you cancel before 1pm on the date of the reservation you are given a full refund (minus the booking fee and cancellation fee).

You can cancel your reservation by logging into your online account or calling 1 888 544 3434
There is a $7.00 fee for cancelling your reservation, and the $9.00 reservation fee paid when you originally booked is non-refundable.

The reservation call centre is available between 9 am – 11 pm. The online reservation service is available 24/7.

Group camping is not currently available due to COVID-19 safety measures at provincial parks

We consider the following when reviewing group applications: availability of the group area, size of the group, ability of the site to handle the group’s camping equipment, vehicle parking, potential use conflicts with other groups, and any problems encountered during previous visits. Restrictions may be placed on the number of people or cars allowed on a group campsite.
The consumption of alcohol or cannabis is not permitted in designated group camping areas.
